Actually it is. It is also, however, a very well-made kids’ show which doesn’t insult the viewer’s intelligence and has superbly-developed characters and an intriguing plot. Because of these qualities, it drew a large following outside of the ten-year-old fan spectrum. But appropriating the show for your own comfort and dismissing its core demographic is the first step towards alienating young viewers and thus making the show end up catering to your part, which is asinine and benefits exactly no one.
